ColVisTec & the IMPAX project have become today a major sponsor of De Montfort University’s 5th Quality by Design Symposium, which will take place on March 29, 2017, in Leicester, UK. We are proud to join leading industry experts, academics, and regulators who will present new research in the field and engage in specialized discussions on QbD implementation and development.


Among the highlights of the event will be the panel discussion "Integrating QbD Principles in Continuous Pharmaceutical Product”. Join Andreas Berghaus, our Director of Engineering & Technology, at the panel, where he will appear along with other experts and professionals in the field.

Spanning over 13 years, Andreas’s career has included work on electron optical instrumentation in New York and semiconductor instrumentation in San Francisco. Now he works in Berlin, where he focuses on the application of spectroscopy for inline measurement in industrial processes. Andreas obtained his Ph.D. in Engineering from the prestigious Technical University of Berlin. He also has an MSc in Physics from the Free University of Berlin
