Today, ColVisTec and the IMPAX project are happy to announce our participation at the influential International Conference on Near Infrared Spectroscopy 2017 (ICNIRS 2017). The 18th edition of the event will take place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark over the course of four days. ICNIRS 2017 will have a main theme NIR Spectroscopy (NIRS)’s role in the industry, and hopes to attract 500 participants, including many industry experts.
Other key topics you can learn more at the event include hyper-spectral imaging, dairy and food, and water. During the event, participants will enjoy keynote speeches and presentations from guiding lights in the industry, including Maria Angela Franceschini, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. Maria Angela Franceschini, Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School
An innovator in the field of Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS), Dr. Franceschini is known for her expertise in the research and development of non-invasive optical techniques. In addition to her role at the prestigious Harvard Medical School, she also works with the Optics Division of the Massachusetts General Hospital. Focusing on neuroscience and brain health, she has made significant contributions to the field. These include the development of NIRS instruments and work on testing the diffusion theory for turbid media.
To hear Dr. Franceschini and other experts in the field, join us at ICNIRS 2017.
